Sales Representative

Tampa Bay Holiday Lights is hiring competitive, self-motivated seasonal sales reps for the upcoming Christmas light installation season.

This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity for people who are comfortable talking to homeowners, knocking doors, handling rejection, and earning based on results. If you are looking for guaranteed hourly pay, this is not the right fit. If you are motivated by uncapped income, competition, and the chance to earn a remote inbound sales position later in the season, this could be a great fit.

About the Role

The position starts in August as a door-to-door sales role and will run to December. The highest-performing reps will have the opportunity to move into a remote inbound sales role. In that role, Tampa Bay Holiday Lights will provide leads for you to follow up with and close.

This remote opportunity is earned through strong door-to-door performance, consistency, and sales results.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation is commission only, with uncapped earning potential. Reps are paid a percentage of each closed sale, with weekly and seasonal bonus opportunities available.

Top-performing reps can earn $1,800–$3,000 per week bonuses. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on effort, consistency, and closed sales.

Door-to-Door Expectations

Sales reps are expected to consistently knock doors, speak with homeowners, generate interest, collect accurate customer information, follow up with prospects, and close sales when appropriate.

Expected activity level:

• 100 doors per day
• 500 doors per week minimum
• Reliable transportation required

Service areas include Tampa, St. Pete, and surrounding Tampa Bay areas.
