Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Gate Attendant to serve as the frontline face of our Coimmunity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing access rights for guests and vendors, while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises by verifying the identities of visitors, contractors, and employees.
- Adhere to facility policies by managing entry procedures with professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond promptly to incidents or conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of all entries and incidents.
Experience
- Prior experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
