Manage/maintain/upgrade/replace:
Firewalls
Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems

Review security logs.
Review penetration test results and mitigate issues.
Manage Core and controllers.
Skills & Abilities
Thorough knowledge of IT Management, project management, vendor management and Systems and Networking
Responsive and reliable when issues arise.
Continued knowledge and evaluation of IT trends and roadmaps
Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the desire to provide customer service in a prompt and courteous manner.
Can juggle multiple requests/multitasks and prioritizes.
Flexible with work hours/weekends/games
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to effectively execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Ability to support multiple facilities: Raymond James Stadium, One Buccaneer Place and other remote locations (on a more limited basis)
Experience & Education
A Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology/Information Systems or commensurate work experience.
5 years of experience in IT, operations and engineering
Technical certifications may be advantageous.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge and experience of IT Security and Compliance including HIPAA, PCI, ITIL.
Thorough technical knowledge of network design, LAN/WAN, MPLS, Routing and Switching with specific knowledge of Extreme Networks a plus.
Wi-Fi design and engineering knowledge in a large deployment capacity of more than 1000 APs.
Enterprise phone system administration, support and knowledge of SIP, VoIP
Knowledge and experience with webhosting and load balancing.
Knowledge and experience with VMWare.
Extreme / FortiGate VPN, Firewall and network security experience.
SAN experience including ISCI and Fiber
Video Conferencing, Telepresence, collaboration and Video bridging (Cisco)
Apple device support
Stadium infrastructure

The Company is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
Extended evening and weekend work hours sometimes required. Required to work all home and many away games. May have to work occasional holidays.
Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines.
