Packaging Technician

Summary of Position:

We are looking for a full time packaging technician. Our ideal candidate has a passion

for craft beer and has several years of experience packaging with a Wild Goose

Canning line. This professional must also possess a strong work ethic and must enjoy

working as part of a unified team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to

develop his or her skills within the craft brewing industry

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Starts Up, shuts Down, and cleans equipment regularly according to brewery

SOPs

 Performs packaging operations - canning and kegging

 Help build orders for distribution

 Cleans and fills kegs

 Operates a forklift as needed

 General cleaning duties

Qualifications:

 Be 21 years of age.

 Be able to communicate and understand the English language.

 Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).

 Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

 Ability to work in non-climate controlled Florida summer environment.

 Must have the stamina to work standard 40 hours a week and up to 50 hours per

week if needed.

 Ability to be forklift and scissor lift certified.

 Be a team player, willing to help out wherever and whenever needed

 Have a flexible schedule and be able to rotate shifts with other packaging team

members to cover production needs.

Compensation based on experience and is commensurate with local industry standards.
