Role Description
This part-time Psychometrist role is based on-site at our facility in Lutz, FL. The Psychometrist will be responsible for administering and scoring standardized psychological tests and assessments under the supervision of licensed professionals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, working collaboratively with the clinical team, and providing a family-centered approach during evaluations to ensure a supportive experience for clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Psychology and knowledge of Psychological Testing and developmental assessments
- Proficiency in Psychomotricity and hands-on skills for conducting assessments
- Outstanding Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with children and families
- Experience in Rehabilitation or working with neurodivergent populations is a plus
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- Previous experience in a clinical or educational assessment setting is preferred
Compensation
$32–$38/hour, based on experience.
