About the Role

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This is an in-person sales opportunity focused on engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products and services.

The position may take place indoors in retail environments or outdoors at promotional events and customer-facing locations throughout Manhattan. You should be comfortable interacting with people in different environments and creating positive customer experiences.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop strong sales and communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in retail locations, promotional events, and outdoor settings
• Present and explain products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Participate in daily training and coaching sessions
• Represent our clients and brand professionally
• Work both independently and as part of a team
