Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Parts Department's daily operations, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and more.
- Analyze department performance and implement improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Complete weekly inventory counts and reconcile differences
- Ship and receive parts
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Required: Automotive Parts Manager experience with excellent management, communication and customer service skills
- Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Valid driver's license and insurance
