Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred. Xtime and DealerTrack experience is a plus!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Guide customers through the vehicle repair and maintenance process.
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate services.
- Explain repair/maintenance recommendations, options, and costs.
- Communicate updates throughout the repair/maintenance process.
- Coordinate with technicians from vehicle write-up through completion.
- Present service promotions.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Build lasting customer relationships while helping drive service department sales.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred, ideally in a dealership service department.
- Xtime and Dealertrack experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, sales, computer, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
