Responsibilities - Parts Advisor:
- Advise customers on selecting and purchasing the correct auto parts.
- Provide auto parts pricing, availability, and product specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person.
- Maintain and track inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
- Pull auto parts from inventory for customer orders and service requests.
- Stock inventory and manage deliveries.
- Prepare quotes for parts based on customer needs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests for repairs.
Qualifications - Parts Advisor:
- Automotive parts experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with inventory management systems.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory calculations.
