Responsibilities - Automotive Accounting Assistant:
Process automotive dealership accounting transactions including car deals, accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliations, bank deposits, billing, verify financial documents, and more.- Maintain accurate records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Requirements - Automotive Accounting Assistant:
Automotive accounting and general office bookkeeping experience is preferred- Strong MS Office/Excel skills
- Automotive biller experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive office environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A good work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance
