Position Overview
We are looking for a Title Clerk to join our team and support the dealership’s administrative and title processing functions.

This role plays an important part in ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time. Whether you have experience or are looking to grow into the role, we are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles and registration paperwork
- Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Submit title applications and track progress
- Follow up on missing documents and resolve issues
- Maintain organized records and logs
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and tag agencies
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
