Production and Fulfillment Lead

Tamer Essentials makes Coffee Tamer, a patented mineral granule that takes the acid out of coffee so people who love it can keep drinking it without stomach irritation. We are a family business in Everett, twenty years in, growing fast on Amazon and our own site, and about to restart manufacturing in our own facility. Three people run it today, supported by two part-time contractors. You would be the fourth full-time person, and the first hire in years, which means the job is real and the room to grow is too.

•    Getting every order out the door: Shopify orders shipped within one business day, and Amazon warehouses (FBA) always stocked, with six to eight weeks of cover and zero stock-outs.

•    Our two-person packing crew: scheduling, training, and a safe, organized floor.

•    Receiving, inventory, and the supply orders that keep packets and boxes on hand.

•    Writing down how things work. You will author and test the operating procedures that let anyone run the floor, and you will be measured on it.

•    The operations lines of our weekly dashboard.

•    As production restarts in early 2027, you will learn to operate the manufacturing equipment and related aspects of U.S. Food and Drug Administration current Good Manufacturing Practices to produce high-quality dietary ingredients.

You will work the fulfillment cycle alongside the co-founder who runs it today, own it yourself within 30 to 60 days, and make it repeatable within 90. Success looks like this: the co-founder takes a week off in December or January, and every order still ships on time.

•    You have packed, shipped, and managed inventory somewhere real: a warehouse, an e-commerce brand, a food or supplement operation.

•    You have built a checklist, a spreadsheet, or a process that other people actually used.

•    You have scheduled and led a small crew.

•    You have touched Amazon Seller Central or a similar marketplace tool, or you learn systems quickly.

•    You are comfortable in a small family company: direct, hands-on, unbothered by strong opinions, and interested in where the business goes at $5 million and beyond.

•    You enjoy working on equipment, measuring its operating characteristics, tracking the results in an orderly manner, and improving operations and yourself as the company grows.

•    $65,00-80,500 base salary, paid semi-monthly; hours tracked, overtime paid.

•    A build-your-own benefit: trade salary for company-paid childcare (at any certified and qualified childcare facility) or take it as salary. Health stipend of $300 to $400 a month, if decided.

•    Ten days of vacation in year one plus Washington paid sick leave.

•    A 90-day mutual review with a written scorecard, so you know exactly what winning looks like, and a conversation about ownership at twelve months.

•    A founder team that answers your questions the same day.
