- Manage and coordinate bookings for talent across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients and talent to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain detailed records of all bookings, contracts, and communications for transparency and compliance
- Collaborate with talent management teams to ensure availability, preferences, and special requirements are met
- Utilize social media management tools to promote bookings and engage with potential clients or talent audiences
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting in social media marketing campaigns related to talent promotion and event announcements
- Foster strong relationships with agencies, clients, and internal teams to streamline the booking process and enhance overall satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or marketing within a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships
- Background in talent management or agency operations is highly desirable
- Familiarity with contracts, legal considerations, and compliance related to bookings and negotiations
