Your Role

Responsibilities

As a Janitorial Associate at one of our prestigious Class A commercial buildings, you’ll represent TamCare with professionalism, integrity, and pride. You will be responsible for:

• Mastering TamCare’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using eco-friendly, green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Performing general cleaning duties to ensure pristine and sanitary conditions, including restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Conducting basic maintenance tasks such as light drywall repair, painting, and replacing light bulbs.
• Utilizing power blowers, pressure washers, and other equipment.
• Proactively identifying and reporting any safety concerns, maintenance needs, or property damage.
• Collaborating with your supervisor to complete special projects and daily tasks.
  
  

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

• Availability to work one Saturday per month is required.

• Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and working off ladders.
• Pass a federal background check.
