Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Administrative Coordinator based in El Dorado Hills, CA. The Administrative Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain organizational records, manage inventory, and play a role in the design aspect of the company. The role will also involve communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support interactions with clients, team members, and vendors
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage schedules, files, and office operations efficiently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills - familiar with office productivity software
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or higher; additional certifications are an asset
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
