Tamashii is growing and we’re looking for Servers & Bartenders to join our team at our Norman location. We’re excited to continue building our restaurant with people who care about great food, great service, and great energy.

Position Summary

Servers and Bartenders are responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine care for guests. You’ll be expected to stay engaged during both busy and slower periods and take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest
• Guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and answer questions confidently
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and responsibly (Bartenders)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, bar, and service areas
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH to ensure smooth operations
• Stay proactive during downtime by restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next rush
• Follow all company policies, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
