Facilities Operations Analyst

TAMARACK Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Facilities Operations Analyst to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) in providing analytical, administrative, and program support for facilities operations and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will provide analytical and technical expertise in tracking performance metrics, technical compliance, equipment warranties, and preventative maintenance planning, and execution reporting support while collaborating with Government stakeholders to enhance accountability, compliance, and operational readiness across Marine Corps installations worldwide.

Location: Quantico, VA

Salary Range: $70,000 - $76,000

     Position Description: This position supports the MCICOM as a Facilities Operations and Maintenance Analyst in execution, analysis, and administration of facilities operations and maintenance programs. The role focuses on assisting senior personnel with monitoring execution metrics and technical compliance data, evaluating third-party facility support provider data, tracking equipment warranties, developing draft Preventative Maintenance (PM) work plans, and preparing recurring execution reports. This position is contingent upon contract award, successful completion of due diligence and background screening requirements, and client acceptance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist senior personnel in monitoring and analyzing facilities operations and maintenance execution metrics and technical compliance data associated with thirdparty facility support service providers to support asset protection, equipment readiness, and program performance.
• Evaluate thirdparty facility support provider performance and compliance data and assist in preparing annual service contract compliance evaluations.
• Continuously track applicable equipment warranties and assist in developing draft annual PM work plans.
• Develop, compile, and deliver metric reports by collecting, validating, organizing, and analyzing relevant facilities program information.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, & Education Requirements: All Requirements must be clearly annotated on resume. Experience must be shown in work history.

• At least three (3) years of experience supporting facility operations and maintenance, compliance, and reporting, processes or Bachelor degree in related field (Business, Public Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or Facilities Management).
• An active Secret Clearance (preferred). Or must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Provide proof of citizenship using the I9 form and supporting documentation.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA’s):

• Knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance, equipment readiness, preventative maintenance, and assetmanagement principles, with the ability to apply established procedures.
• Ability to evaluate information against established requirements and assist in preparing clear, accurate, and wellsupported compliance evaluations, work plans, reports, and other technical or administrative documentation.
• Ability to develop metric reports and accurately compile, organize, and stage supporting documentation and transaction packages within program management tracking systems.
• Proficient knowledge, skills and abilities in the operation of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Word to support development of work products related to metric reporting and asset management tracking.
