SUMMARY
A Receiving Clerk, or Shipping and Receiving Clerk, is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Their duties include unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing, and storing shipments until they receive outgoing order requests and notifying management personnel when they don’t have enough of a particular product to fulfill orders.

- Maintaining organizational structure in the Food and Beverage Storage Locations.
- Receiving deliveries, comparing goods received to invoice received, assuring quality goods are received, reporting any discrepancies.
- Receiving internal orders from departments on property, gathering the items from storage rooms, delivering the internal order to the proper location, communicating any product discrepancies.
- Communicating potential low stock or overstock items.
- Receiving and delivering mail drops to proper locations
- Completing monthly Inventory counts
- Regular cleaning evolutions to ensure a clean safe work environment
