Tamarack Lodge is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team! The shift we are hiring for is our second shift (3pm-11pm).
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide appropriate information
- Direct visitors to the appropriate areas
- Take reservations through the phone or in person
- Help guest check in for their reservation and check out when they depart
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the lobby at all times
- Communicate with customers and take necessary instructions from customers or management as needed
- Answer questions about our rooms and property
- Provide assistance to guests as needed
- Keep records of daily reservations, customers’ comments, etc.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management to improve overall operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front desk agent, receptionist, or similar position in a hospitality or other commercial setting preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of how various parts of a front desk work (receptionist's office, cashier's office, customer service, etc.)
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
