Food for Thought is hiring! We're hiring a full-time Food Production Associate to join our team. If you're dependable, hard-working, and ready for steady, year-round work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do: As a Food Production Associate, you'll help create and package high-quality, small-batch foods in a team-focused, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain food manufacturing equipment to meet quality, safety, and production standards.
- Package, label, and box products efficiently and safely, ensuring they arrive undamaged and ready to enjoy.
- Maintain accurate records and data to ensure product traceability and transparency.
- Rotate between workstations in a team setting, practicing proper ergonomics and workplace safety.
- Uphold our mission by ensuring every product aligns with our values: quality, small-batch crafting, and clean-label ingredients.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday; 10-hour shifts
- 3-day weekends
- OT as needed (Friday)
