Description
Water’s Edge Senior Living is looking for a compassionate and forward-thinking Administrator to lead our vibrant community, which includes a 50-bed skilled nursing facility and a 40-unit assisted living residence. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents, families, and staff by guiding daily operations, shaping strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence and empathy.
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of senior care operations—from ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance to building strong community relationships and supporting a highly engaged team. You’ll be instrumental in creating a resident-centered environment that values safety, quality, and dignity. Your leadership will help us stay ahead of industry trends, collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, and manage projects that enhance the services we offer.
We’re seeking someone with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration (master’s preferred) and a current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license. While prior leadership experience in long-term care is a bonus, it’s not required—what matters most is your passion for senior services, your ability to inspire teams, and your commitment to delivering exceptional care.
