Tamarac Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing leadership team. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support staff development, and help ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Assist with oversight of daily nursing operations
Support, coach, and develop nursing staff
Help maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Participate in quality improvement and survey readiness efforts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote excellent resident care
Address clinical concerns and support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing
Prior nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
