CDL Driver Recruting / Success Manager

About Us
Tamana Truck Lines is a growing refrigerated (reefer) carrier running a modern fleet across 700 mile radius of Dallas TX. We're looking for someone who can both bring great drivers in the door and keep them here — the person our drivers trust and our operation runs on.

What You'll Do
This is a full-cycle driver role blending recruiting, onboarding, and retention:

Recruiting

• Source and screen CDL-A drivers through job boards, referrals, and social channels
• Manage the full funnel: first call, pre-qualification, interview, and close
• Build and maintain complete DQ files (MVR, PSP, employment verification, drug screen)
• Keep time-to-hire low and the pipeline full

Onboarding & Success

• Run smooth orientation and periodic check-ins
• Be the driver's go-to for pay, home time, equipment, and day-to-day concerns
• Partner with dispatch/safety/maintenance/accounting to resolve issues before they become resignations
• Track and drive down turnover; own retention metrics

Relations

• Serve as the bridge between drivers and the office
• Handle complaints and conflicts with professionalism and follow-through
• Build genuine relationships that keep drivers loyal

What You Bring

• 2 years in driver recruiting, retention, or a driver-facing trucking role
• Working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT driver qualification requirements
• Comfort with a TMS and recruiting/ATS tools
• Strong phone presence, follow-up discipline, great communication
• The rare mix of hunter (recruiting) and relationship-builder (retention)

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
