We are seeking an experienced, professional Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity for a motivated leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, develop a high-performing team, and help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily front-of-house restaurant operations
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while effectively resolving guest concerns
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, liquor regulations, and labor laws
• Oversee employee performance, coaching, and documentation when necessary
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR-related responsibilities
• Utilize POS systems to manage sales reporting, menu updates, troubleshooting, and operational functions
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service execution
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and restaurant maintenance needs
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality
• Assist ownership in achieving financial and operational goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of restaurant management experience
• Fine dining or upscale hospitality management experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• Experience with hiring, employee relations, coaching, performance management, and HR best practices
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance, workplace safety, and employment regulations
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and payroll
• Knowledge of inventory control and cost management
• Wine, beverage, or fine dining service knowledge
• Experience implementing training programs and standard operating procedures
