Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to customers promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Help with catering events as needed, ensuring all food handling procedures are followed for safety and quality.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
