We are hiring for an Agricultural Millwright — a hands-on, entry-level construction position focused on the assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components. This is a full-time, in-person role based out of Salem, OH, with overtime and out-of-town work required as needed. Responsibilities
- ‣Assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components.
- ‣Perform welding tasks as required on job sites.
- ‣Work safely at heights up to 120–125 feet.
- ‣Travel to job sites within the region and beyond as project schedules require.
- ‣Apply acute problem-solving skills in the field to resolve installation challenges.
- ‣Maintain a safe and organized work environment on all job sites.
- ‣Collaborate with project team members to meet construction timelines.
