MAKE READY TECHNICIAN JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing the make ready process of vacant apartments and other required tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete make ready tasks in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Grounds maintenance
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in maintenance/make ready or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
  
  
  

BENEFITS:

• Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment.
