Position Overview
TAM-C Solutions is seeking a high performing, strategic and driven Business Development Executive located in the U.S. reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
The role is designed to accelerate growth within intelligence, security and risk management within critical infrastructure sectors. The BDE must be a proven hunter with proven results opening doors, creating opportunities and building relationships while pursuing and driving TAM-C Solutions from initial engagement through contract execution. A strong team player utilizing internal resources with global experience.
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate must be self-motivated, assertive and be comfortable operating independently in a fast moving environment.
- Highly assertive and disciplined with a results-minded focus creating new logos
- Lead prospecting efforts must include networking, cold outreach, industry events and partner engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, security leaders, intelligence professionals, operations teams and procurement stakeholders.
- Track pipeline activities in TAM-C CRM, forecasting, follow-up and introducing new products to existing clients.
- Representing TAM-C with the highest level of professionalism in all client interactions.
- Understanding the focus on urgency and accountability throughout the sales process.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of proven business development success
- Knowledge within one or more of the following sectors:
- Intelligence
- Risk Management
- Security Technology
- Government Solutions
- Familiarity with RFP / RFI processes
- Has a proven track record to manage the full business development lifecycle including discovery, qualification, presentation and negotiations and an exceptional ability to achieve a high level of closing deals.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment with leadership, intel SMEs and operations teams.
