We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Senior Marketing Analyst with deep expertise in SQL and Power BI to support, measure, and optimize marketing performance across both digital and offline channels. This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on transforming complex datasets into reliable insights that inform marketing strategy and business decisions.

- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries to transform, aggregate, and analyze large-scale marketing, customer, and revenue datasets.
- Build and maintain analytical datasets and reporting tables supporting marketing performance, attribution, and experimentation.
- Develop, manage, and optimize Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, and dashboards used by marketing leaders and executives.
- Create executive-level dashboards that clearly communicate performance, trends, and key drivers across channels including PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Organic Social, Display, Email, CTV, Linear TV, Print, and OOH.
- Monitor and validate data quality, investigate anomalies, and ensure consistency across reporting sources and dashboards.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, scalability, efficiency, and performance.
- Support additional analytical initiatives and responsibilities as needed.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query performance optimization.
- Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and advanced DAX measures.
- Demonstrated ability to design data models that support flexible slicing, multi-period comparisons, and executive-level reporting.
- Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing data from platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta, and programmatic or CTV platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution concepts, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Ability to translate technical analysis into clear business insights and effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts including star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, and fact tables.
- Experience with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, or causal inference methodologies.
- Experience optimizing Power BI performance, including query folding, data models, and report performance.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing data integrations.
- Experience working with ServiceTitan or similar operational data platforms is a plus.
