This person will be instrumental in developing and optimizing an internal AI-powered writing assistant — shaping prompts, improving quality and consistency, and scaling content that aligns with the brand’s voice. They’re looking for a Senior AI Content Strategist to help lead the evolution of AI-driven content experiences. This person will be instrumental in developing and optimizing an internal AI-powered writing assistant — shaping prompts, improving quality and consistency, and scaling content that aligns with the brand’s voice. This is a full-time contract role, reporting to the Senior UX Content Manager. What You’ll Do:
- Develop, train, and refine an AI writing assistant to produce clear, high-quality, on-brand content.
- Define rubrics and metrics to measure prompt performance and overall content effectiveness.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, research, engineering, and legal to integrate AI tools seamlessly into the product experience.
- Use data insights to iterate and improve prompts and outputs.
- Evolve and maintain the content system — patterns, terminology, tone, and style guidelines.
- Create frameworks and messaging that explain AI-powered tools and features to end users.
- 8 years of experience in UX content, content strategy, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of AI and large language models (LLMs) — including how to apply them to content workflows.
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects and driving clarity across complex systems.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform creative decisions.
- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with systemized content operations.
- Exceptional communication skills — able to turn complex ideas into simple, approachable language.
- Hands-on experience building or training an AI-powered writing assistant.
- Familiarity with design thinking principles.
- Certifications or training in AI, data science, or prompt engineering.
