Must-have skills & experience
DevOps Leadership
Ability to lead DevOps efforts independently
Minimal learning curve expected
AWS & EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)
3 4 years recent hands-on experience
Strong in EKS service deployment & development
Some understanding of EKS cluster administration
ISTIO
Solid experience with ISTIO service mesh critical skill
DevSecOps
Ability to identify and explain security vulnerabilities
Scripting
Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting
CI/CD & Cloud Native Practices
Experience with:
CloudBees
BitBucket
SonarQube
Artifactory
CI/CT/CD concepts
AWS Scaling
Proven experience in scaling applications in AWS
System Administration
Basic understanding of Linux and Windows administration
Ability to troubleshoot across ~88 servers
