Test & Integration Engineer – TS/SCI Clearance CI Polygraph (see benefits)

We are seeking a highly skilled Test & Integration Engineer to join our dedicated team, ensuring the reliability and success of mission-critical Command-and-Control systems. In this role, you will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver robust, secure solutions that meet stringent operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for both legacy and modern Command-and-Control systems
- Lead integration efforts, identify, and resolve defects promptly to ensure seamless system operation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
- Maintain compliance with industry best practices, standards, and security protocols
- Create comprehensive documentation, including test reports, defect logs, and process improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience in testing, systems integration, or systems engineering within a defense or government environment
- Proficiency with testing methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Cucumber, or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills in Linux, Bash, and Python are advantageous
- Familiarity with Command-and-Control systems and related infrastructure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
