Our client needs an FSR / Technician for a current program working with underwater drones. The Field Service Representative will support the deployment and operation of advanced unmanned systems in (OCONUS) environments. Candidates must have experience with underwater diving and have an active DOD Secret clearance. If the candidate lived in Florida, that would be ideal.

What You’ll Do
- Deploy OCONUS to support system installation and operational setup
- Operate and maintain UUV/UXV systems in field environments
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
- Utilize computer-based systems to monitor and control operations
- Execute tasks with discipline, following procedures and leadership direction
- Provide sustained field support during long-term deployments
- Work alongside small, high-performing teams in dynamic environments
Deployment Model
- Initial 2–3 week OCONUS deployment for installation
- Short return to home base
- Follow-on extended deployment (6–18 months) for operational support
- High travel tempo — must be comfortable living and working overseas
Required Qualifications
- Military experience - Navy (active duty, reserve, or recently separated) strongly preferred
- Background in mechanical, technical, or operational roles
- Comfortable working in field/deployed environments
- Dive experience (combat diver, Navy, commercial, or recreational)
- Ability to follow directions, procedures, and operate within a team structure
- Willing and able to deploy OCONUS for extended durations
- Physically capable of meeting field demands
Highly Desired Experience
- Experience with UUVs, drones, robotics, or other unmanned systems
- Background in maintenance, field ops, or expeditionary units
- Experience operating in austere or remote environments
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
