Talos is seeking a new Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager supervises and coordinates engineers and project managers to ensure that projects are completed successfully and that client satisfaction is maximized.
- Provide technical oversight to engineering staff to ensure work quality.
- Provide guidance to project managers to ensure that projects are being managed well.
- Orchestrate and manage employee development / training activities.
- Review and authorize time cards for engineering and technical staff.
- Coordinate with Accounting to ensure work is being invoiced correctly and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain a pipeline of high quality technical talent.
- Preform job duties as a Senior Automation Engineer when required by the project workload.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in the industrial automation industry.
- Experience managing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Washington Professional Engineer’s License.
