Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Cabinetmaker / Architectural Millworker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and intricate woodwork components with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities
- Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and millwork components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently to cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood materials.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, trim, doors, moldings, siding, and other architectural wood features on-site or in the shop.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure specifications are met throughout the fabrication and installation process.
- Perform heavy lifting and precise fixture installation while adhering to safety protocols such as power tool safety standards.
- Assist with remodeling projects including flooring installation, stucco application, rebar installation, plastering, concrete forming, water damage restoration, and mold remediation as needed.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while ensuring compliance with safety regulations across construction sites.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cabinetmaker or architectural millworker with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, metal stud framing equipment, and other carpentry tools.
- Solid background in residential carpentry including trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, siding work, framing (including metal studs), and remodeling.
- Knowledge of wood construction materials such as plywood, MDF, hardwoods; familiarity with water damage restoration techniques is a plus.
- Strong understanding of power tool safety practices along with handymen experience in various repair or restoration tasks.
- Ability to interpret construction plans accurately while managing multiple projects efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $28.58 - $34.42 per hour
