What are the responsibilities and job description for the Control Engineer position at Talos Automation?
Our client is a leader in industrial automation and control systems integration and a company that really values their team.
They are expanding and are looking for motivated Controls Engineers who are passionate about solving customer's problems with automation.
Key Responsabilities:
- Developing Controls Hardware design and electrical troubleshooting
- Controls software development using Siemens & Allen Bradley PLC platforms
- Onsite integration, startup, testing & production support
- Interface with the customers and vendors
- Complete project documentation – Open Issues, Task List, Closeout
- Provide weekly updates to management
- Travel 30% to customer sites in North America (not typically longer than 2 weeks away at a time)
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in Controls Engineering, including the development of hardware and software
- Experience with Siemens PLC platforms is a huge plus
- Experience integrating systems in the field
- Experience with robotics is a plus
- Must be willing to travel 30%
- Must have a Drivers Lisence
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
