- Ability to accurately diagnose and repair heavy/compact construction/material handling equipment
- Experience with schematics, hydraulics and electrical
- Basic computer skills
- Must own general tools of the trade
- Five or more years’ experience on compact equipment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
