JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Product Specialist Technician to join our client's team, a leading provider of material handling solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to provide technical product expertise, support throughout the sales process, and demonstrate the features and benefits of the Company products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrating the company products to our customers
• Preparing, maintaining and delivering all product training material
• Providing customer training and commissioning
• Liaising with departments such as marketing and sales
• Supporting new product launches
• Proactively looking for ways to improve the process
Qualifications:
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in a similar customer facing role, preferably in material handling
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-
technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commission
- 20 days’ vacation 8 federal holidays (increasing with service)
- Friday afternoons off (finish at 2pm)
