Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, including diagnostics.
- Must keep bay area clean and orderly in compliance with company safety policy

- A Technician Commission Plan that is not capped.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Must communicate effectively with managerial staff.
- Must work well individually and as part of a larger team.
- Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout up to a twelve-hour shift.
- Experience with electrical diagnostics and computer-based diagnostics and repair required.
- The ability to climb in and out of Class 8 vehicles, Cranes, Garbage trucks, Cement Mixers, and other vocational equipment.
- 2 years shop experience preferred.
- Must possess a high school diploma /GED.
- Vocational or technical certification required.
- CAT/Cummins/Detroit/Paccar experience/certifications preferred.
- Required to possess PA semi-annual inspection license.
- A valid CDL is preferred
