Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role based in the New York City Metropolitan / Stamford, CT area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining work-from-home flexibility with some on-site presence. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role will also involve acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting and reviewing correspondence, and supporting meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up actions. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing documents and presentations, as well as maintaining accurate records and files. The Executive Assistant will help streamline operations, anticipate executive needs, and ensure tasks and priorities are handled efficiently and confidentially.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and tracking information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven Communication skills, including clear written correspondence, professional verbal communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as document management, data entry, file organization, and general office support.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, technical, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
