The Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading and executing all phases of structural engineering projects from concept through construction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, professional judgment, and client communication skills to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Engineering focus.
- Proficiency in Autocad LT
- Experience working on structural Projects from design to completion
- Experience in project management and scheduling
- Licensed PE in state of Wa & Oregon with plans to get SE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design structural systems for commercial and residential buildings, including foundations, framing, and lateral systems
- Perform structural analysis and calculations
- Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Review and stamp drawings as the Engineer of Record
- Conduct site inspections and assessments of existing structures
- Evaluate, select, and adapt design standards, criteria, and analysis procedures for project-specific applications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance
- Respond to RFIs and provide construction administration support
- Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and industry standards

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
