What You’ll Do
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and architectural visualizations for a variety of projects.
- Create compelling exterior and interior perspectives, animations, and presentation graphics.
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate, visually engaging presentations.
- Produce renderings that effectively communicate design intent, materials, lighting, scale, and architectural details.
- Assist with basic drafting, drawing production, and architectural detailing as needed.
- Maintain consistency with project design standards, presentation requirements, and company branding.
- Review and incorporate design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to evolving project requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual presentations.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven professional experience in architectural rendering, 3D modeling, or visualization
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape — required
- Basic AutoCAD drafting skills — required
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, scale, and architectural detailing
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Strong attention to detail and a highly developed visual and design sensibility
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural rendering and visualization work required
