🚨 We're Hiring: Staff Accountant 🚨
💼 Salary: $70,000–$80,000 📍 Location: Hialeah, FL
We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find their next Staff Accountant. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in fast-paced, process-driven environments. As a key member of the finance team, you'll be responsible for financial accuracy, cost analysis, and process improvement — while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Perform cost and variance analysis to support production and cost-saving efforts
▪️ Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and construction in progress (CIP)
▪️ Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
▪️ Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
▪️ Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with internal and external audits
▪️ Collaborate with departments to improve financial processes and reporting
✅ What We're Looking For:
▪️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate's degree considered with experience) ▪️ Experience in manufacturing accounting required, OR inventory-based accounting experience ▪️ Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
▪️ Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
▪️ Solid understanding of GAAP
▪️ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
