We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team. This is a highly field-oriented role designed for someone who wants to develop into a Project Manager while gaining hands-on experience in residential construction.
This is not a desk-only position and not an entry-level administrative role. The ideal candidate understands how projects are built in the field and can effectively bridge communication between the jobsite and project management team.
You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help drive project execution, maintain quality standards, coordinate project activities, and ensure successful project delivery.

- gPrepare, submit, and track Requests for Information (RFIs

- sTrack project schedules and assist with schedule update
- sMonitor project progress against budgets and timeline

sAssistant Project Management Suppor

- d1–4 years of construction experienc
- eDirect field experience on active construction project
- sAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and plan

- hAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
tPreferre
- dExperience with residential construction project
- sFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management softwar
