Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team. This is a highly field-oriented role designed for someone who wants to develop into a Project Manager while gaining hands-on experience in residential construction.

This is not a desk-only position and not an entry-level administrative role. The ideal candidate understands how projects are built in the field and can effectively bridge communication between the jobsite and project management team.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help drive project execution, maintain quality standards, coordinate project activities, and ensure successful project delivery.

oField Operations & Site Coordinatio

• nConduct regular jobsite walkthroughs to identify and address issues proactivel
• yManage and track punch list items through project completio
• nMonitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specification
• sSupport jobsite safety initiatives and maintain safety standard
• sCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personne

lProject Engineerin

• gPrepare, submit, and track Requests for Information (RFIs
• )Manage submittals and material approval processe
• sTrack project schedules and assist with schedule update
• sMonitor project progress against budgets and timeline
• sMaintain project documentation and record

sAssistant Project Management Suppor

• tPartner closely with Project Managers and Superintendent
• sAssist with procurement, logistics, and material coordinatio
• nSupport project meetings and communication effort
• sCoordinate activities between field teams, subcontractors, and office staf
• fEnsure accurate and organized project documentatio

nProject

sYou'll be supporting residential development projects including townhome communities and multi-unit residential developments similar to Parc Villas Place

.Qualification

sRequire

• d1–4 years of construction experienc
• eDirect field experience on active construction project
• sAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and plan
• sStrong organizational and communication skill
• sDetail-oriented with excellent follow-throug
• hAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen

tPreferre

• dExperience with residential construction project
• sFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management softwar
• eExperience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentatio
• nUnderstanding of construction scheduling and project coordination processe
