What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance Worker position at Talon Development, LLC?
We are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Worker for the Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton area. Pay will be based on experience with an anticipated starting range of $20 to $25 per hr. with increased based on performance. We are a small, established family business that is looking for a long-term employee with plenty of room for advancement. We are a property development and management firm and maintain several commercial properties in the area.
We have full- time & part-time positions. Flexible days and hours
Responsibilities
* Lawn care and maintenance (weeding, pruning trimming, etc....)
* Snow removal in the winter
* Property maintenance (painting, basic carpentry, electrical and maintenance)
* Special projects as needed
* Maintaining 275 acre tree farm
We do not require experience but the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Ability to operate lawn equipment including riding lawnmowers, chainsaws, bobcats and excavators
* Valid driver license
* Experience diving with trailers
* Ability to use hand tools (personal basic toolkit preferred)
* Basic carpentry skills
