- Respond promptly to charter requests with accurate quotes and trip options
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with flight operations and dispatch teams to confirm availability and trip feasibility
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet, availability, and industry trends
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities via outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Previous experience in private aviation, charter sales, or high-end travel sales strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Must be able to work onsite at our Farmingdale office
