Electrical Engineer
Location: Holly, MI

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Electrical Engineer to join our team supporting the design, fabrication, and deployment of modular data center and industrial infrastructure systems. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, construction practices, and the ability to apply engineering expertise to custom-built modular platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in specifying and integrating electrical components for mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled/hot water, power distribution) and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the electrical design, fabrication, and installation of modular systems and equipment.
- Perform load calculations, select and size electrical components to support mechanical functions such as HVAC units, chilled water systems, and pump stations.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field teams to support project estimates, schedules, and testing plans.
- Ensure designs meet applicable industrial electrical codes and construction standards.
- Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to develop or revise electrical documentation.
- Understand and adhere to project design, scope, and contractual requirements.
- Conform to company and regulatory requirements for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Participate in project meetings, field inspections, and client interactions when needed.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of industrial construction methods and electrical codes (e.g., NEC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and operations teams.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with modular systems, data centers, or custom industrial equipment is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with power generation systems or integration of backup power equipment is highly desirable.
- Understanding of controls systems, BMS, or PLC environments is a bonus.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
