We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive business development nationwide. Location: Remote - (must live in any of these cities - Los Angeles greater area or San Francisco) Pay Rate: $62,000 commissions Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a proven track record in high volume sales and freight forwarding. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new leads and close business opportunities. Identify, target, and prospect potential clients in the freight forwarding industry. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience. Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (must). Proven track record of lead generation and closing new business. Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
