Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $21-27/hr ( Commission and Bonus)

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build customer relationships, provide insurance guidance, and promote Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance products. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options based on their individual needs
- Process policy changes, claims, payments, and tow bills accurately
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized client files
- Develop and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential and existing customers
- Work closely with the Agent to set and meet sales, marketing, and customer retention goals
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Confident in presenting insurance solutions to clients
- Experience in marketing, sales, or social media management preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Must have or be able to obtain:
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Life and Health Insurance License
