Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Urgent Hire
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90061
Pay: $26–$27 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
A fast-paced manufacturing company is looking to hire immediately for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong collections background.
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, billing, and high-volume collections
- Proactively follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve payment issues
- Maintain and monitor AR aging reports
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Post and process payments in QuickBooks and SAP
- Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong collections experience required
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks and SAP
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
